• Oversee design decisions relating to core gameplay, systems, and economy of the game
• Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure that game design and quality are being met
• Monitor and adjust game designs to ensure fairness and player engagement
• Develop and balance game mechanics, systems, and economy
• Develop creative solutions to game design problems
• Create and maintain game design document to ensure design consistency and accuracy
• Create and manage game design schedule
• Participate in playtesting and feedback sessions
• Analyzing playtest data to adjust game balance and design
• Troubleshoot game design issues

• 5 years of game design experience in games
• Deep understanding of game design principles and processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience with game monetization strategies

• Experience with game engines such as Unity3D or Unreal Engine
• Understanding of game analytics, metrics and data-driven design
• Knowledge of user experience design principles
• Understanding of game development life cycles
