Position Title: Jr. Call Center Admissions Representative

Jr. Call Center Admissions Representative Job description:
The Jr. Call Center Admission Representative will be a liaison between our company and its current and potential clients and partners. Managing 100-200 incoming and outgoing calls per day, this role requires scheduling, re-scheduling appointments, solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Jr. Call Center Admissions Representative Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Maintain facility bed boards
• Complete all detox and TCC confirmation calls as scheduled
• Assist with documentation and scheduling of files
• Assist PSC with daily outreach and follow up
• Assist with overflow calls
• Ensure patients have completed required documentation in the patient portal prior to assessment
• Help to manage EHR calendar listing
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Jr. Call Center Admissions Representative Requirements:

• High School Diploma / GED preferred
• Customer Support experience
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Salesforce experience
• Individual must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
