Job Description

Job Description

Orthodontist . We have a unique full-time opportunity for a talented and motivated orthodontist. This position offers an alternative to opening a private practice and/or working for a corporation. Our orthodontist works in partnership with general dentists who wish to keep orthodontic services “in-house” but lack the time, desire, or expertise to provide the treatment themselves. You have full professional autonomy in diagnosing and care planning, and an opportunity to collaborate with a network of experienced general dentists in established, high-end fee-for-service offices. Negotiable benefits are: Participation in medical group plan, Malpractice and other licensure reimbursements, and annual CE allowance.

The program is well established, serving general dental offices within the Phoenix metropolitan area, averaging 16 workdays per month. Gross earning potential is between $350,000-$500,000 annually , with no business overhead or other practice owner headaches. You are supported by an elite and well-trained team.

Requirements:

  • DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.

  • Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in clinical orthodontics.

  • Valid license to practice orthodontics in the state of Arizona.

  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge in orthodontics, including the latest treatment techniques and technologies.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to build relationships with general dentists and their teams.

  • Ability and desire to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and delivering exceptional treatment outcomes.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records.

Benefits:

  • Optional participation in group medical plan

  • Professional CE allowance up to $2,500 per year

  • Triennial licensure & malpractice reimbursement

Application Process:

To apply for this unique full-time opportunity, submit your resume/CV, cover letter, and any relevant supporting documents.
