We're looking to hire maintenance technicians with manufacturing experience to work in a modernized, high-tech manufacturing facility on a variety of equipment including conveyors, printers, laminators, and small stamping machines. It's a very clean, organized, and modern manufacturing environment. We're hiring on 2nd shift immediately!!!

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Industrial Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot and preform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all card personalization and fulfillment equipment. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all factory support equipment including but not limited to compressed air systems, emergency lighting, and dust collection systems.

Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot, modify and repair all automated process control, Electrical-Mechanical machinery

• Responsible for performing all preventative maintenance on all Service Bureau and support equipment and assisting when needed with preventative maintenance on equipment in other areas of the facility.

• Fabricate replacement parts when necessary.

• Collaborates with Production IT department and Engineering to prevent machine downtime and communication related issues.

• Frequently interacts with Leads and operators to resolve issues with equipment.

• Implement programs to decrease downtime and improve efficiency.

• Preforms root cause analysis when required on all plant machinery.

• Utilize KPI’s to improve equipment uptime and decrease downtime.

• Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of process controls.

Job Specifications:

• Must physically be able to bend, stretch, and stoop, but not limited to only these physical activities.

• Requires lifting of 40 lbs. or more without aid.

• Requires normal hand, eye, and walking coordination.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and overtime.

• Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed.

• On-call rotation required.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.

• 2 year completion of Electro/Mechanical Course from a recognized Technical Institute is preferred.

• 1 -2 years’ experience in general machining (lathe, milling, grinding).

• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience required
