Overview: Pyramid Pool Monitoring Service is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool Attendants to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client’s pool facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the pool areas, while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:Safety and Supervision:

• Oversee the safety of the pool area, ensuring all guests adhere to pool rules and regulations.
• Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities at the pool.

Pool Maintenance:

• Oversee the daily maintenance of the pool, including checking chemical levels, cleaning, and reporting any repair needs.
• Ensure the pool area, equipment, and facilities are clean, in good repair, and meet all regulatory requirements.

Customer Service & Emergency Response:

• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure guests enjoy their pool experience by maintaining a friendly and accommodating atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate records of pool usage, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.
• Lead and coordinate responses to any pool emergencies or incidents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a pool attendant, lifeguard, or at least one year work experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
