Our mission is to bring joy to our community through delicious, wholesome breads crafted with care and dedication. As we prepare to launch our micro bakery, we're seeking a motivated and creative individual to join us in this exciting venture.

for creating delicious and nutritious recipes, along with a flair for visual

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create sourdough recipes that marry simplicity
with health-consciousness, rivaling the flavor and texture of traditional
sourdough bread.
- Develop and refine sourdough starter cultivation methods to
achieve optimal flavor and consistency.
- Experiment with alternative flours, grains, and ingredients to
create innovative and nutritious sourdough variations.
- Write clear and concise recipe instructions, ensuring accuracy
and replicability for home bakers.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to develop accompanying
content, including blog posts, articles, and social media updates.
-Showcase the beauty and versatility of
sourdough recipes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in sourdough
baking, incorporating new techniques and ingredients into recipe
development.

Qualifications: - Deep knowledge of sourdough techniques, including starter
cultivation and fermentation processes.
- Demonstrated recipe and cookbook writing skills, with the
ability to articulate complex baking methods in an accessible and engaging
manner.
- Experience in creating visually appealing content for
photography and videography, with a passion for food styling and
presentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
- Possess the knowledge and technical ability to develop, post, and manage comments across social media accounts and blogs.
- Ability to pivot and identify opportunities when changes in the industry and market occur.
Physical Requirements:
-Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day with occasional sitting, stooping, and bending.
-Ability to lift to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
-Manual dexterity to operate baking equipment and basic office equipment to include a computer.
