As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our international growth and development initiatives. You will be a key member of project implementation teams, responsible for delivering and executing tasks to implement and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in the full project life cycle, including preparation, implementation, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 Finance solution
• Collaborate closely with the Functional Lead to design and develop functional processes that enhance the capabilities and user-friendliness of Dynamics 365 FO
• Advocate for the benefits and key features of Dynamics 365 FO, showcasing its core capabilities and facilitating its adoption within the company
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks throughout the development and implementation phases
• Ensure effective communication of changes and updates to the Dynamics solution to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations
• Strong analytical abilities for business analysis and solution requirements identification using Dynamics 365
• Customer-oriented focus with extensive experience in client-facing roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft DevOps
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Strong technical and object-oriented development skills
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 for finance and operations development
• Data analysis skills, preferably using Power BI

Eligibility Criteria:

• University degree in Finance, Computer Science, or similar field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in functional consulting, specifically in the implementation of Dynamics 365 FO or Dynamics AX 2012
• Understanding of business management and service management concepts
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing), Dutch proficiency is an advantage
• Based in Greater Houston area
