- Under direct supervision, perform maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical and building systems.
- Install new equipment or machinery.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Knowledge of methods, practices and techniques of maintaining building and facilities.
- Perform wiring, pipefitting, welding and sheet metal functions when vital.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to work holidays and overtime as needed.
- Ability to work first or second shift.
