Shift: 1st shift (5am-3pm)?

As a Production Associate Line Leader, you will be a crucial part of new product development process, ensuring that products transferred to full scale manufacturing fully meet the customer requirements. Your work will directly affect customer satisfaction!

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, inspection, repair, and routine maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems including electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management.
• Supervise facility service requests.
• Complete requests within established timelines and quality specifications.
• Supervise daily function of production associates.
• Partner with manager to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organization skills.
• Ability to adapt, adjust to frequent changes through workday as needed.
• Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration, share expertise and provide assistance to team members, listen, respond, and express disagreement constructively and give honest and constructive feedback to team members.
