Key Responsibilities

• Foster positive, professional relationships across all levels
• Develop work standards for productivity and line balancing
• Increase machining processes for quality, efficiency, and repeatability
• Implement manufacturing cost reductions for process improvement
• Collaborate with Engineering to design machines, tools, and increase work flow
• Manage projects for product improvement
• Communicate Lean group's philosophy, vision, and expectations; provide employee training on lean concepts
• Lead value stream mapping exercises for business improvement
• Collaborate with quality and engineering to resolve service-related issues
• Align with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements; perform assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of Lean Manufacturing experience required
• Minimum of a Green Belt required
• Knowledge of Aerospace manufacturing concepts and application desired
• High School Diploma or general education equivalent required
• Available to travel 15-20%
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

Salary range: $85,000 to $120,000 Depending on experience
