Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate office management, possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and record-keeping
- Property management tasks such as book keeping, maintenance coordination and tenant communication.
- Oversee administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, answering phone calls.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Manage property budgets and expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to operate phone systems and other office equipment
