PowerToolReplacementParts is an online Power Tool replacement part business that is growing! We are currently hiring for a part-time position to work between 20-30 hours between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. This is the perfect, part-time position that is stable, has competitive pay, no weekends, lunch every Friday, and a great place to work!

Job Summary

• Packages, prepares, and ships items to be sent to Amazon fulfillment centers
• Selects bag and box sizes to maximize the efficiency of each shipment
• Exhibits a knowledge of and follows Amazon shipment requirements.
• Records quantity and weight of each box.
• Builds pallets with packaged items, prints shipping labels, labels boxes, and securely wraps pallets for shipment.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
• Minimizes downtime and maximizes productivity.
• Requires some lifting, repetitive motion, and ability to remain motivated while completing repetitive tasks.
• Will be rewarded for meeting shipping goals.

Job Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: Some previous work-related experience desired, will train the right individual.

Skills

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Pays close attention to detail.
• Communicates with the Receiver to plan and organize shipments.
• Seeks knowledge and learning when faced with unfamiliar situations.
• Works independently to contribute to a well-functioning team.

Competitive pay to increase with training and experience plus bi-weekly incentive.
