The objective of the TAB Technician is to perform complete project TAB activities with limited oversite.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct all duties in a safe manner.
• Operate company vehicles in a safe, courteous, and professional manner.
• Arrive onsite at the TAB project location at the specified time, and work the hours needed to complete the TAB project in a timely manner.
• Complete factual timesheets on/before Monday morning each week.
• Answer and direct incoming TAB related calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Carry tools.
• Review mechanical HVAC drawings and highlight pertinent systems.
• Build Excel reports based on drawings as well as other reports as requested.
• Input pertinent TAB test data into the excel spread sheet.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Communicate with project manager and project managers that we are subbed under in a clear and concise manner:
• Project specific issues and needs.
• Project timetable: what activities are left to complete and an estimate of completion.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate's degree required
• Experience in commercial HVAC systems preferred
• Ability to learn various software applications quickly
• Able to communicate effectively with employees of all levels
• Analytic and detail oriented
• Intermediate to Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word and Outlook
