Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grill Cook to join our team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes in accordance with our menu and quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook grilled dishes, including burgers, steaks, chicken, and seafood
- Ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and meet quality standards
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the kitchen manager
- Clean and maintain grilling equipment, ensuring proper functioning and sanitation
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of grilling techniques, temperatures, and cooking times
- Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation
- Strong knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
