We’re looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! We’re a very busy, privately owned animal hospital and we’re looking for someone who loves animals and is great with people. We are an AAHA accredited animal practice with 2 full time doctors that has been serving Orlando for over 50 years. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and have great customer service skills. Experience is preferred but not required, we will train the right canidate.

Some duties include answering multi phone line system, daily scheduling of appointments, checking patients in and out, money handling, preparing and proofreading medical charts, and more client services. Animal knowledge is appreciated but isn't necessary. Reception experience and general computer knowledge preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
