Our new, purpose-built facility is 170,000 square feet in size and comprises two buildings - the Turbine Hall, a landmarked three-story structure, and the Boiler House, a new six-story construction. Powerhouse is currently seeking a Facilities Engineer to support the Chief in ensuring the efficient and safe operations and maintenance of mechanical systems at Powerhouse Arts.
This position will be responsible for supporting and maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing rounds, conducting routine assessments, and performance of day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance on all MEPs.

Special requirements/physical demands:
Hours Compensation: The schedule for this position is an 8-hour shift from Monday-Friday and anticipated somewhere between 7:30-10:30pm, TBD. Occasional evening/weekend work may be required. The pay range is $80,000- $90,000.000 annually. Benefits include employer-sponsored retirement plan, generous paid vacation and PTO, a CitiBike membership, and TransitChek.
