We are a leading construction equipment dealership selling Case, Kubota, Mecalac, Avant brand equipment seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Writer/Advisor to lead our service department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the service department (answer phones, complete service workorder forms, invoice and collect service work billing, etc).
• Coordinate and schedule equipment repairs and maintenance with end use customers and our in-house sales team.
• Manage a team of factory trained certified technicians.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of service jobs.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and parts departments for seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role within the construction equipment dealership industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Some knowledge of construction equipment and machinery.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality service.
• Proficient with basic computer business software (Excel, Word. etc).
