The Implementation & Training Specialist designs, develops and executes written knowledge articles and online recorded training tutorials and provides employee software instruction.

Position Highlights

Assess individual and group training needs with software releases, new hire training and system configuration changes
Responsible for authoring and maintaining online knowledge bases.
Design, develop and publish recorded training content including, but not limited to activities, courses and programs in corporate learning management system (LMS).
Work with the e-learning development team to design and organize training content in LMS.
Instruct users on an individual or group basis through Zoom meetings and Zoom webinars and provide follow-up open question and answer sessions.
