RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Complete, submit, status, and finalize new and renewal credentialing applications for Genesis Centers with Managed Care Plans.
2. Correspond on plan requests to provide supporting documents such as but not limited to W9, Change In Ownership, changes with lockbox addresses, etc.
3. Coordinate Genesis communication to plans providing notices involving but not limited to center closures, divestirutes, and new acquired centers/companies.
4. Request and post current licenses and CLIA certificates from centers as documents expire.
5. Utilize interal reports and Sharepoint sites as references to complete credentialing applications. May require correspondence with centers' Administrator for missing information.
6. Compile and track credentialing and contract jobs within database. Complete and distribute monthly reports summarizing outstanding jobs.
7. Maintain Health Plan contact lists for various communication and notifications such as but not limited to quarterly newsletter.
8. Assist with maintenance, updating, and posting of information on Managed Care Sharepoint Site.
9. Support Vice President Managed Care Contracting with administratively to print, scan, and mail signed agreements/admendments.
10. Verify with health plans proper set-up of center's NPI/TIN and problem solve issues regarding participation status as based on contract and credentialing status. Assure matrices reflect accurate information.
11. Act as a liaison between Centers and Managed Care Services, and Health Plans.
12. Assist Managed Care Services with expense report management and travel arrangements upon request.
13. Special projects as assigned.
