Our mission is to improve life by delivering excellence in health, fitness, and wellness management.Position Purpose/General Summary:The purpose of the Wellness Project Manager is to build our program offerings provided by our centers and wellness department initiatives in addition to our Online Fitness Coaching services and help meet anticipated member demand. This full-time management role is intended for a serious fitness and wellness professional who wants to scale their impact and be part of building the future of medical fitness.Qualifications: (Required education, experience, licensure/certification and required skills and abilities)Extremely high emotional intelligence: able to motivate staff in a virtual environment.Complete company provided CPR/AED certification within 90 days of hire.Demonstratable inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to work with team members in a positive, service-based manner.Ability to multi-task and maintain a controlled and professional demeanor with a high level of organizational skills and efficiency.Bachelors degree from a 4-year college or university in a health-related, exercise science kinesiology, or physical education major required.Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience required.Experience with supervising remote employees.Travel required (average 30%).Ability to build a brand on the web and acquire customers preferred.Advanced strength and conditioning certification preferred.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Drive revenue growth for all ancillary services offered at our centers (MyFitRx, remote health and fitness coaching, personal training, Spa services, small group training, special population programs, etc).Manage wellness department initiatives and projects.Organize cost-effective grant and other opportunities for center members and participants.Streamline a referral process for virtual offerings including MyFitRx in addition to other special population programs.Assist in coordinating company presentations toward business development initiatives (MFA and other fitness industry-related conferences).Assist in unifying ancillary services, special population programming, and group exercise classes across all Power Wellness-managed centers.Help refine already effective programs to improve overall platform effectiveness.Write and/or contribute to and maintain policies and training manuals related to Medical Integration and virtual programming at the centers.Maintain and update Club Connect course material and account access for center team members.Maintain current certification and CEU discounts from fitness-related certifying agencies and acquire new certification relationships.Maintain knowledge of the daily operations within the centers and assist with all medical integration marketing as it relates to member communication, promotion of services and retention.Be proficient in all core business software as it relates to job duties and responsibilities including Compete, Power Force, MOVE, Volt and Club Connect.Maintain knowledge of the daily operations within the centers and assist with all virtual marketing as it relates to member communication, promotion of services and retention.Participate in management meetings and all-team meetings.Assist Director of Wellness with daily operations and provide leadership in the absence of the Director.Other duties as assignedWe Improve Life By Delivering Excellence In Health, Fitness & Wellness Management.
