Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing a team of employees, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:

- Manage and motivate current and new team members.

- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge

- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner

- Assist with cash register operations and ensure accuracy in cash handling

- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

- Coordinate shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels

- Lead by example and maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales or retail management is required

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficient in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems

- Knowledge of budgeting principles and ability to manage financial resources effectively

- Ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers for favorable terms

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
