Power Pro Plumbing Heating & Air seeks a creative and organized individual to serve as a dedicated full-time professional Social Video Producer. As a Social Video Producer, you will play a key role in creating compelling video content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand presence across various social media platforms (Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, and Facebook) including our website. You will be responsible for all aspects of video production, from concept development and filming to editing and distribution. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including social media content, promotional videos, and event coverage.
Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects that align with our brand identity and objectives.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of video production, including planning, filming, and post-production.
• Film and edit high-quality videos for social media platforms, website content, marketing campaigns, and internal use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute video shoots, ensuring smooth production workflows and timely delivery of deliverables.
• Attend community events and company initiatives to capture engaging video content and support brand initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production, social media, and digital marketing.
• Manage video assets, including organizing files, maintaining an archive of footage, and ensuring proper documentation.
• Manage personal production queue, asset delivery, and upload across content management tools including Google Suite and JIRA
• Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and freelancers as needed for specialized projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Video Producer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative video projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience with camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Passion for storytelling and creativity, with a keen eye for visual detail and aesthetics.
