CNC PROGRAMMER/OPERATOR
Summary:
This position requires an individual that can setup and program CNC’s using Mastercam. Typical tolerances are plus/minus .003. Must be highly organized, safe, and accurate. A proven track record of experience is essential.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Program CNC Machines
- Review all drawings to ensure consistency and integrity
- Maintain, test, and troubleshoot all instrumentation
- Attempt repairs on broke or damaged products
- Inspect all products before shipping
- Report problems or concerns to senior management
- Create an effective system of saved programs
- Create drawings from reversals as needed.
Requirements:
- Mastercam experience
- 2 years CNC programming experience
- Must be familiar with computers
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed
