BASIC FUNCTION SUMMARY
Performs supply duties including inventories, reviewing stock levels and determines stock replenishment requirements, orders parts, and monitors Hazardous Material/Waste Program. Performs tasks with minimum supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Orders aircraft parts and returns unserviceable parts to the supply system.
Maintains aircraft bench stock.
Maintains tail number bins for assigned aircraft.
Controls, issues and inventories assigned -21 aircraft equipment.
Monitors and controls work center bench stock.
Assists in parts research.
Ensures proper receipt, inspection, issue and delivery of materials.
Maintains accurate supply records.
Monitors and controls Hazardous Material program.
Ensures all assigned government property is properly accounted for.
Must maintain Cargo Pallet Build-up and Hazardous Cargo certification.
Must maintain Deployed Equipment Custodian certification.
Issues, inventories and controls mechanics special tools, test equipment, technical data and consolidated tool kits as required.
Complies with all company, OSHA, and customer safety requirements.
Strictly adheres to all security requirements.
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Requires three years experience with formal technical training in government aviation supply operations or civilian equivalent.
Must have a minimum of one year of hands-on IMDS/SBSS interface or related computer experience is required. FEDLOG experience is desired.
