Job DescriptionPower-Flo Technologies fosters opportunities for learning and personal development while remaining dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and growth. We strive to be the premier provider of supplies, services, and solutions to the electrical, industrial, mechanical and automation industries. Our New Hyde Park location is seeking an organized and outgoing individual for an entry level customer service position. This role is Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Full Time. On-site (not remote).Competitive Benefits Package

$16 - $18/hourDuties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Communicate with customers via e-mail or phone
  • Willingness to gain product/service knowledge
  • Enter and sort data on Excel
  • Conduct research on customer and vendor histories
  • Work with the engineers, technicians, and management to provide the best customer experience
  • Other office administrative duties upon request
Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, diverse and growth-oriented environment
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of MS-Office Suite including MS-Word and MS-Excel
  • Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software applications
  • A driver's license is required to make trips to the post office and bank as needed
  • Strong Time Management
