Life is calling for a unique opportunity - we are seeking a full-time teller position and then transfer to the phone MSR position.

The dates we anticipate for the teller position is February 2024 - June 2024. This team member would then transition to the phone MSR position / call center in June.

Job Profile of a credit union team member :

  • Serve as liaison between member and the credit union
  • Responsible for providing account information by phone or in person
  • Maintain accurate transactional records when processing member transactions when performing teller transactions in person or telephone
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy
  • Contributions to credit union goals - uphold PCUs mission and core values
  • Must meet Saturday operational hours and schedule
  • Must meet Monetary Standards and performance expectations
  • Must be able to handle multiple phone system

What we need from you :

Be mission and core value driven. Able to uphold credit union service standards and promises to achieve higher standards and promote a commitment to excellence.

Ability to be reliable and dependable.

Ability to contact and follow up with members related account services.

Contribution to goals ability to consistently meet monthly product and service goals.

Excellence driven Meet and exceed members expectations regarding their financial resources.

Professional - Ability to effectively communicate. Exhibit diplomacy and tact as it relates to members accounts.

Respectful - Treat others with appreciation and dignity.

Professional - Conduct oneself in a courteous and business-oriented manner to include communicating and dressing appropriately.

Overall knowledge of financial products and services offered by the credit union.

Experience : up to twelve months of similar or related experience.

Education : high school education or GED

Interpersonal skills : Work involves member facing or telephone contact.

Must know : general office equipment, PCs, scanners, cash machines. Basic knowledge of established teller procedures and policies.

Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding work-related and member information.
