The Inside Sales and Submittal Specialist will be a key liaison to our team, responsible for preparing technical project documentation for a dynamic industry. Ideal candidate is a lifelong learner who can adapt quickly to change, adopt new skills, has a strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. All experience levels encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing technical project documentation (cut sheets, submittal drawings, instructions, warranty, and O&M/closeout documents)
• Communicate effectively and professionally with personnel of all levels
• Work with inside and outside sales team to address any discrepancies in submittal drawings
• Assist inside and outside sales team with miscellaneous tasks
• Stay current on manufacturer product changes

Skills:

• Experience with Oasis/Ingen Software is a plus
• Past or current experience with a lighting manufacurer's representative and/or electrical distributor is a plus
• Customer service
• Strong computer proficiency
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Fast learner
• Highly organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
