Position: Entry-Level Machine Apprentice

About Us: At Powell Valves, we believe in the magic of machinery. Our team of tinkerers, inventors, and mechanical wizards work together to customize, fix, and innovate. We're searching for a curious and enthusiastic Machine Apprentice to join our ranks and dive headfirst into the world of valves.

What You'll Do:

• Disassemble and Reassemble: Unleash your inner engineer by taking apart various valves, customizing them and putting them back together. Think of it as mechanical puzzle-solving!
• Get Your Hands Dirty: Embrace the grease and grime as you work closely with our seasoned machinists. This is not a job for clean freaks!
• Learn and Grow: Absorb knowledge from our experienced team, mastering the art of machinery from the ground up.
• Tinker and Innovate: Experiment with different components and ideas. Who knows? Your unique touch could lead to the next big breakthrough!
• Basic Math: Use your math skills to help with measurements and calculations.
• Blueprint Reading: Learn to read and interpret blueprints, bringing designs to life.
• Read Measuring Tools: Get comfortable using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure precision.
