We are seeking an Admissions Concierge for a great opportunity in the Powder Springs, GA area.
Summary/Objective
Support the Admissions Department's activities in the pre-admission, admission, discharge, and follow-up processes.
Essential Functions
- Takes inquiry calls from hospitals, families, etc.
- Greeting families and patients
- Touring Facilities
- Admission paperwork
- Ensures consistent and effective process for coordination of admissions and bed management with appropriate departments and staff.
- Ensures responses to inquiries are handled properly, timely, and with appropriately
- Accurately complete required information for admissions

Required Education and Experience
- Must be familiar with medical terminology.
- One year of Experience with Admissions
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
