Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Apparel Associate. As an Apparel Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their apparel needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining the organization of the store. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers in finding the right apparel items and sizes - Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and needs - Utilize technical sales knowledge to provide product information and recommendations - Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction - Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Skills: - Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively sell products - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Organizational skills to maintain inventory and keep the store tidy - Ability to speak English fluently; Spanish language skills are a plus - Knowledge of jewelry sales is desirable but not required We offer competitive pay rates and provide training to ensure your success in this role.
