Poughkeepsie Housing Authority is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Poughkeepsie, NY
The Poughkeepsie Housing Authority has an opening for two part-time maintenance workers. Must be able to perform semi-skilled work in masonry, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and/or painting. Must possess a good knowledge of building and grounds maintenance and repair practices. Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license and a minimum of 2 years' experience in maintenance repair and/or one of the building trades. Applicant must be able to pass a physical, drug test, and background check.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
