You will be accountable for consistently meeting the expectations of the job description and specific performance metrics which include, but are not limited to:

Making sure each guest is greeted as they enter the store and thanked as they leave, as you will be the first and last person that the guest will see and you will be the last impression of the store. Answering phones within 3 rings and making sure to direct the calls in a timely manner so that we are taking care of our external guests just as if they were in the store. Maintaining a clean working environment, helping with any put backs from purchases not made, and noting items left out of bags. All smiling and friendly faces are encouraged to apply within the store Monday - Friday 10am-9pm. Our address is 3939 S. IH 35 suite 920 and we are located on the Premium side of the outlet mall.
