• Monitor Arctic Wolf Dashboard and work to keep our Cybersecurity Risk Score below the industry standard.
• Address all identified Risks from Arctic Wolf Dashboard.
  • This may require assistance from other IT Department Members
• Monitor external scans from Arctic Wolf and Cisco products and address any identified issues.
• Monitor all Cisco Security Dashboards and resolve any issues identified.
  • This may require assistance from other IT Department Members
• Stay current on NIST & CIS Standards.
• Work as a team to review and update our Cybersecurity Policies Annually.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer & Management Information Systems, or equivalent program.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a Cyber Security role.
• Experience with the below items:
  • Remediating end point virus related issues
  • Remediating network/email virus issues
  • Experience with end user Cyber Training
• The desire to continue to grow and develop Cyber skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco Cyber Security Products.
• Experience with Artic Wolf.
• Experience with end user Cyber Training.

Work Environment/Physical Demands/Travel

This job operates in a professional business office or home office where standard office equipment is routinely used, such as computers, photocopy machines, fax machines, telephones and filing cabinets. This position is largely a sedentary role. Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.

This is a full-time position, on-site at Potter Headquarters. A hybrid work format will be an option after thorough understanding of the Potter Global Technologies global network. The hours of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. An occasional shift in hours may be necessary to accommodate business needs.
