Registered Nurse (RN) – Health Educator

NHC Charleston, SC

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings and provide administrative services within the MTF and at other locations within Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester County, SC. These meetings shall consist of coordination of services with other RN, Health Educators, hospitals, and Obstetrician Practices. 
• Track and monitor the status of OB/GYN patients referred to the network through the duration of the pregnancy and assist with enrollment of the infant.
• Provide Clinic Registered Nurse duties when patient education is non-active. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
• Graduate from a college or university accredited by National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC), or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
• Possess a minimum of one-year full-time experience in the past three years as a Registered Nurse, Health Educator.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Must be a US Citizen.
