Position Summary:
Advancia Government Servicesis seeking a qualified Maintenance Administrative Supply Technician (MAST) who performs assignments that relates to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations. They also complete the required documentation to maintain accurate durable and non-expendable property accounting for activities and facilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Conducts inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization tasks.
Receiving deliveries, checking against orders, preparing transfer documents and receipts, monitoring inventories and preparing requisitions to restock items
Initiate, process, transactions or logistics information system transactions
Performs a combination of tasks such as receipt, storage, issuance of a wide variety of supplies complete
Maintain accurate durable and non-expendable property accounting for activities and facilities
Other duties as assigned
Education & KSA Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma
Valid State Driver’s License
One (1) year of relevant experience in inventory or warehouse experience
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good interpersonal skills.
Some military experience/knowledge preferred but not required
Able to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.
Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands:
Light groundskeeping and housekeeping around facilities/work area.
Some walking and standing required. You may have to lift and carry equipment (i.e., books, tools) weighing approximately 10-15 pounds.
Ability to safely work in various weather conditions.
Work in the occupation involves making repetitive motions more than 1/3 of the time
Requires standing for long periods of time.
Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel and bend
