Overview:
ST33LE is a premier men's clothing store in Provincetown, MA. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be positive, outgoing, energetic, and hardworking.

Duties:

- Greet customers
- Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Maintain the sales floor appearance and cleanliness
- Process transactions at POS
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred (esp. men's clothing)
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the sales floor tidy
- Proficiency in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally
