Posterity Health MSO, LLC is Hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager Near Denver, CO

Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado (Denver)

Salary: $85,000

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Schedule: 8a to 6p weekdays, flexibility required

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision

We are dedicated to revolutionizing male fertility care through innovative digital solutions and personalized treatment approaches. Our mission is to empower couples struggling with conception by providing proactive assessment and treatment for male factor conditions.

Responsibilities:

Technical Program Management:

  • Lead the full-time management of Posterity Health's Tech Stack, working closely with our EMR partner, CRM partner, and internal tools to create a world-class tech stack experience for our employees and patients.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, and budgets for tech stack initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive the successful implementation of tech stack projects, from inception to delivery.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution and project success.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, milestones, and key performance indicators, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for our EMR partner, CRM partner, and other technology vendors, fostering strong partnerships and collaboration to drive innovation and excellence in our tech stack.
  • Work closely with external partners to understand their capabilities, roadmap, and integration requirements, and advocate for Posterity Health's needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including clinical teams, operations, IT, and leadership, to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating communication and alignment to drive effective decision-making and project execution.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts for Posterity Health's tech stack, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, enhance system performance, and improve user experience for employees and patients.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to healthcare IT, EMR systems, CRM systems, and internal tools, and recommend innovative solutions to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on healthcare IT, EMR systems, CRM systems, or related technology platforms.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical programs from initiation to delivery, including coordination of cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and software development lifecycle processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and resilience in the face of changing priorities and requirements.

Partner Collaboration:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for our EMR partner, CRM partner, and other technology vendors, fostering strong partnerships and collaboration to drive innovation and excellence in our tech stack.

Minimum Qualifications:
