Rapidly Growing Company – Looking for KICK ASS Graphic Designer

YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a kick-ass Graphic Designer to join our ranks, someone with a proven ability to take big ideas and boil 'em down to a really catchy design that will draw positive attention.

The purpose is to create and provide quality designs or quality check the existing designs for the customer that will result in an excellent looking printed product, without errors and get a good return on investment for them.

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE

Production of aesthetic, effective designs that duplicate both the customer’s wants and good marketing; They will be both for online ads and videos). You are expected to keep up a steady pace of production.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• KICK ASS application of graphic design skills, ensuring all technical and aesthetic elements are followed in regards to proofs and artwork.

• EXCELLENT grasp of Adobe Creative Suites, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Need to know all terms related to graphic design and the specific printing terms used here at PostcardMania.

• Able to design based on both customer requests and copy written by our copywriters, set up proofs according to the job’s specs and save jobs accordingly, as well as complete other duties as assigned.

• MUST have graphic design experience, knowledge of design elements, technical elements, and be able to set up art correctly so that it will print with no errors.

• Experience in online ad and video design a must, minimum 2 years hands-on experience.

• An Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design is desirable but not required.

WORK HOURS

• This a full-time office position

• Monday through Friday from 9am – 6pm with 1 hour for lunch

COMPENSATION

• Pay is $17/hour to start
