Job Title: Hotel Doorman
Location: Postcard Inn St. Pete Beach FL
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Doorman and Parking Lot Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while also overseeing parking lot operations to ensure payment is collected efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel, opening car doors
Manage the hotel's parking lot, ensuring smooth traffic flow and efficient parking for guests and visitors.
Collect parking fees from guests and issue parking tickets as needed, maintaining accurate records of payments.
Monitor parking lot security and report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate authorities.
Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options to guests as requested.
Provide clear directions for beach goers to utilize public beach access
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a hotel environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
