Job Description

The Campus Life Student Worker provides administrative and clerical support to the associates of the Office of Residence Life at Post University. This position will work 15 - 20 hours per week. 

Location: Post University Main Campus – Leever Hall

Supervisor: Daniel Guerrera, Director of Campus Life

Rate of Pay: $14.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Campus Life Student Worker is to assist the Community Director (CD) and Community Assistant (CA) with the following responsibilities: 

  • Cover Front Desk during open office hours i.e., greet students, answer phones, take messages, make appointments 
  • Assist with data input
  • Social Media Content
  • Help in setting up events
  • Other office duties as needed

Minimum Skills, Training, and Attributes

  • Excellent customer service skills - Friendly, helpful, and eager to learn
  • Students must have strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must be creative and have the ability to think outside of the box
  • Computer skills – (Microsoft Office)
