We are very active and are looking to develop a long-term relationship with a construction team member who understands all aspects of residential construction. The construction team member will be able to deliver exceptional, quality work, on time, and within budget as agreed to upfront.

Make-Ready Member Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all essential repair work is performed in accordance to company and industry standards
• Utilize good time management, understand scope of project, and complete project in a timely manner.
• Be able to work independently as well as in a group environment.
• Safely operate personal hand tools and company equipment. (Personal hand tools not provided)
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

• Apartments remodeling
• Plumbing (basic knowledge)
• Electrical (basic knowledge)
• Carpentry
• Painting
• Drywall
• Woodwork

Must be legal to work in the US, have a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation.
