Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our organization as Community Volunteers. As a Community Volunteer, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our community programs and initiatives. This is a non-paid position, but it offers valuable experience and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of community events and programs
- Recruit and manage volunteers for various projects and activities
- Provide supervision and guidance to volunteers during events
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for volunteer engagement and retention
- Conduct outreach efforts to promote community programs and recruit new volunteers
- Assist with public speaking engagements to raise awareness about our organization's mission and impact
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track volunteer information and activities
- Manage social media platforms to promote volunteer opportunities and engage with the community
- Support fundraising efforts by assisting with donor management using Raiser Edge or similar software

Requirements:
- Previous experience in social work, volunteer management, or related field is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for volunteer management
- Knowledge of social media platforms for community engagement and promotion
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for events or meetings
