Medical Billing and Coding Specialist
Medical billing service is located in Holyoke, MA. We have been in business for over 20 years, & we're seeking new talent. Self-motivated individuals with great work ethics should apply. Both Part-time & Full-time positions are available (weekday shifts). Applicants should have a strong knowledge of medical billing & coding practices.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handling patient & client phone calls
• Posting Insurance & patient payments
• Entering claims via the internet & PM software
• Following up on insurance claims via phone & internet
• Charge entry (CPC required for coding positions)
• Basic offices duties

Requirements:

• 2 years of medical billing experience
• Certification from a medical billing school preferred
• Solid verbal and written communication skills. (Multi-lingual is ideal, but not necessary)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients/patients
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong computer/typing skills, including 10 key

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,500.00 - $46,000.00 per year
