Positive Changes, LLC is a locally owned Behavioral Health program providing partial hospitalization services to children and teens in the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metro areas. We provide the opportunity to work within a multi-disciplinary team to best meet the needs of our clients and their families. Therapists, case-managers, and doctors provide mental health treatment while collaborating with the local school districts to meet our clients' educational needs. Work at this level of care can be fun and rewarding but also challenging as we guide our clients' on their therapeutic journey.
Our Oklahoma City clinic is looking for a clinical director with excellent clinical and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with the Oklahoma City Public School staff to provide the best possible services to our clients. This position will help oversee our on-site multi-disciplinary team. The Clinical Director will be responsible for implementing clinical protocols, overseeing staff performance, and ensuring that all patient care meets the highest standards.
