Positive ABA is a provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals ranging in age and need, serving clients in Great Falls MT, Tucson, AZ, East Valley Phoenix, AZ, and Sierra Vista AZ. As an RBT you will have the opportunity to,

• Primarily work with children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and providing 1:1 in-home, school, or community therapy
• Teach our clients to excel by coaching them in areas including, self-help, motor, play, social skills, behavior modification, academics and more
• Work under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to help each client meet their unique developmental goals while enriching their lives along with receiving support in pursuing your own skill set and career goals
• Promote from within the organization while pursuing your BCBA

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1:1 ABA therapy in an in-home, school, or community setting, preferred.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities (Autism preferred)
• Highschool diploma or equivalent with a strong desire to enroll in higher education
• RBT Certification is required, Positive ABA will guide and provide the tools necessary to complete the requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician within the first 2 weeks of employment
