We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maximizing revenue. ```Responsibilities```
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising staff in phone etiquette, guest relations, and problem resolution
- Implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize revenue
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Manage the hotel budget, including forecasting expenses and monitoring financial performance
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to attract new guests and increase repeat business
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner and take appropriate action to resolve issues
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide coaching and training as needed

- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus

- Familiarity with revenue management principles and strategies
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and financial performance
- Experience with night audit processes is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
