This versatile person must have the following skills:

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task.
• You are able to professionally communicate and listen to residents, guests, vendors and coworkers.
• You are an enthusiastic person and enjoy building relationships with the residents and co-workers that you work with and for. 
• Ability to be flexible in the fast paced, ever evolving position of a Lifestyles Coordinator.
• Competency with data entry, newsletter and flyer creation, working proficiency with Publisher, Excel and Microsoft Word.

Requirements are:

• No experience required, although 1 years of event planning in a professional setting is preferred.
• A current valid Driver's license.
