Position Overview: As an ABA Technician/Program Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Licensed Behavior Analysts to deliver high-quality ABA interventions to our clients. You will be an essential part of our team, providing support in our clinic, clients' homes, year-round programs, and various community settings. This position is ideal for individuals seeking part-time work and hands-on experience in the field.

As an ABA Technician/Program Assistant you will:

• Learn ABA principles and treatment protocols.
• Work in clinic, home, and school settings.
• Gain experience following treatment plans developed by BCBA professionals.
• Contribute to the ABA programs as an assistant.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma.
• Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM.

Desired Education and Experience:

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree program in Psychology or a related field, such as Education or Speech Therapy.
