As a Junior Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in organizing and executing various events, ensuring seamless experiences for our clients and attendees.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure all event elements are in place.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations and attendee satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.
