Job Title: Boutique/Merchandiser

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Boutique/Merchandiser. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of merchandising strategies. As a Boutique/Merchandiser, you will play a key role in curating and presenting our product offerings in a way that maximizes sales and enhances the overall customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the buying team to select merchandise that aligns with our brand identity, target market, and seasonal trends.
• Develop and implement merchandising plans and strategies to effectively showcase products in-store and online.
• Create visually appealing displays and product presentations that attract customers and drive sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to ensure optimal product availability and sell-through.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product assortment improvements and pricing optimization.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, manage product deliveries, and maintain strong relationships.
• Train and supervise store staff on merchandising standards and best practices to ensure consistency across all locations.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform merchandising decisions and strategies.
• Conduct regular store visits and visual merchandising audits to assess compliance with brand standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in special events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to drive traffic and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Online order fullfillment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail merchandising, preferably in a boutique or specialty store environment.
• Strong visual merchandising skills with a demonstrated ability to create compelling product displays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform merchandising decisions.
• Creative flair and a passion for merchandising with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with retail merchandising software/tools is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
